Your Role and Impact:
Prepare accurate cost estimates for mechanical piping systems across commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.
Collaborate with project teams, including engineers, VDC (BIM) designers, schedulers, foremen, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
Review project plans, perform material take‑offs, and manage bids and proposals.
Handle RFIs, change orders, and submittals to maintain project timelines and client satisfaction.
Mentor junior team members and work closely with Senior Project Managers to deliver exceptional results.
What You Bring to the Table:
5+ Years of HVAC/Piping Estimating Experience: A strong background in mechanical piping estimation and project management.
Diverse Project Experience: Hands‑on experience with commercial, industrial, and institutional HVAC, piping, and plumbing projects.
Estimation Skills: Proven ability to prepare precise cost estimates, review specifications, and manage bids effectively.
Industry Knowledge: Up‑to‑date understanding of industry trends, energy codes, and local building regulations.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred (but not required).
Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and ensure project success.
