Base pay range $28.00/hr - $34.00/hr

The Challenge Ensure every press and production asset runs at its best. You’ll blend preventive strategies with hands‑on troubleshooting, choose the right path for each repair (in‑house vs. external), and collaborate closely with production to maximize uptime—always with safety and efficiency at the forefront.
What You Will Do
Plan and execute preventive maintenance for presses and related manufacturing equipment.
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults; repair and test machines and sub‑assemblies to verify reliability.
Evaluate whether repairs should be completed internally or by outside service partners.
Inspect third‑party contractor work and hold standards for quality.
Work across electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and water/cooling systems to resolve issues.
Coordinate with production management and operators to ensure equipment is used correctly and efficiently.
Operate with strong safety practices and lean, efficient methods.
What You Bring
High school diploma or GED.
4 years of related maintenance experience in an industrial environment.
Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics (machine shop experience is advantageous).
Competence with hand tools and precision instruments, including micrometers and calipers.
Knowledge of industrial equipment: electrical wiring/components, pneumatics, hydraulics, water/cooling systems, and general maintenance practices.
Understanding of basic electrical/m mechanical principles, metal fabrication, and materials applications.
Capacity to stand and walk for about 75% of the day; capable of some lifting and pulling.
Strength in electrical schematics and electrical troubleshooting.
