Key Responsibilities

Support plant quality systems and customer quality requirements

Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality and production issues

Develop and maintain PFMEA, Control Plans, and Work Instructions

Monitor KPIs, scrap, rework, and warranty data; drive continuous improvement

Support internal and external audits

Interface with customers and suppliers on quality issues

Support APQP, PPAP, and new product launches

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

3+ years of quality engineering experience within a manufacturing environment. Heavy industrial, plastics, automotive, or similar industry preferred.

Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC

Experience with problem-solving tools and data analysis

Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred

Base salary in the 60k-80k range

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
