Financial Services Litigation Attorney

Responsibilities

Represent financial institutions and creditors in litigation, foreclosure, and bankruptcy matters

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and related litigation documents

Manage all aspects of case development, from initial filing through resolution

Conduct legal research, analysis, and risk assessment for clients

Appear in court on behalf of clients and participate in hearings, trials, and mediations

Maintain client relationships through effective communication and professional service

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an

accredited law school

Admission to practice in Minnesota

Familiarity with

state and federal court procedures

Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
