We are hiring an Administrative Assistant. This role provides administrative support to regional leadership, supervisors, and technicians, with a strong focus on efficiency, accuracy, and proactive coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to regional teams and leadership
Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports
Process, code, and track invoices; create and manage purchase orders
Support basic reporting needs and track business processes using Power BI
Prepare documents using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Coordinate meetings, regional events, and external vendor interactions
Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities in coordination with HR
Maintain SharePoint files, team sites, and access permissions
Manage office supplies and support fleet compliance records
Handle confidential information in accordance with company procedures
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience or equivalent education and experience
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and general computer applications
Ability to work independently, manage interruptions, and meet deadlines
Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
Preferred Qualifications
University degree
Experience with Oracle Financial Applications and Workday
High-volume workload with changing priorities
Occasional extended hours; rare travel
