Controller
to lead all financial and accounting operations for a fast‑paced, growth‑minded organization. If you’re equal parts strategic and tactical and love owning the numbers, this is the opportunity to make a major impact.
What You’ll Do As the Controller, you’ll oversee day‑to‑day accounting, month‑end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management. You’ll tighten internal controls, improve processes, partner closely with leadership, and ensure the financials are accurate, timely, and actionable. This is a key leadership role with visibility across the entire company.
What You Bring
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting expertise
Experience leading month‑end close, budgeting, and audits
Ability to manage, mentor, and develop accounting staff
Strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail
ERP/financial system experience + advanced Excel abilities
CPA or MBA is a strong plus

Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
Location and Compensation Cleveland, OH $120,000.00–$140,000.00
