We are seeking an Event Marketing Specialist to join a dynamic revenue marketing team within a global technology leader specializing in advanced solutions for industries such as construction, agriculture, and geospatial services. This role focuses on planning and executing impactful events that drive measurable revenue growth and align with strategic business objectives. Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of events, from logistics and vendor coordination to post-event lead follow-up. Coordinate logistics, vendors, and on-site details for events. Utilize event management tools for registration, email communications, and attendee tracking. Ensure brand consistency across all event touchpoints. Collaborate with sales teams to enable effective lead capture and follow-up. Qualifications
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field. 3+ years of experience in event marketing or event coordination. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in event management platforms and tools. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Understanding of brand guidelines and messaging consistency. Preferred: Experience in technology or B2B marketing environments. Familiarity with revenue-driven marketing strategies.
