Event Marketing Specialist
Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events that contribute to revenue growth.
Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination and end-to-end event support.
Utilize event management tools for registration, email communications, and attendee tracking.
Partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure proper lead handoff and follow-up after events.
Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all event materials and touchpoints.
Track event performance and support reporting on lead generation and revenue impact.
Required Experience
3 years of experience in event marketing, event coordination, or a related marketing role.
Core Skills & Competencies
Event Coordination: Foundational experience supporting event logistics, vendor communication, and the full event lifecycle.
Operational Execution: Proficiency with event management platforms and tools for registration, communications, and attendee tracking.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong ability to work with internal teams, especially Sales, to support event success and lead follow-up.
Brand Awareness: Basic understanding of brand standards to ensure consistent messaging and presentation across events.
