This position is responsible for managing and carrying out all operational tasks related to the Pharmacy 340B Program, and for oversight and compliance of the 340B program in all Baptist Health eligible facilities. The role will manage the 340B Accumulator software program daily to ensure that the 340B program is maximized and in compliance with all federal regulations. Responsibilities

Manage and carry out all operational tasks related to the Pharmacy 340B Program. Oversee and ensure compliance of the 340B program in all Baptist Health eligible facilities. Manage the 340B Accumulator software program daily to maximize benefits and maintain federal compliance. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree or 2 years college level education preferred. Registration with the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy. Current PTCB Pharmacy Technician national certification. Two years operational experience in an active 340B program preferred. Basic knowledge of math, the metric system, and pharmaceutical products & dosage forms. Basic understanding of pharmaceutical purchasing processes with drug wholesalers and manufacturers. Proficient knowledge of operating system software, 340B split bill software, desktop applications such as EXCEL, Access, etc., and pharmacy information system applications as they relate to pharmacy process workflow and charge function. Strong people and project management skills. Ability to interact effectively with all Baptist Health Pharmacy Departments, BH Finance Dept., and IS Dept. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a self-directed manner. Strong communication and writing skills. Other Information
