Job Overview A leading management consulting firm in downtown Dallas, TX is seeking a versatile and driven Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team. This hybrid position offers the chance to work on site 3–4 days per week alongside a 20‑person project team, partnering directly with senior executives, including C‑suite leaders. It’s a fast‑paced, rewarding role where no two days are the same—and where your impact will be felt across a high‑profile initiative. This long‑term temporary assignment starts immediately and offers a competitive hourly rate of $30–$40/hour, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant

Provide high‑level scheduling and coordination support for a multi‑million‑dollar, long‑term engagement with a major company.

Serve as a key liaison between multiple organizations to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Manage complex executive and project team calendars, balancing priorities and coordinating across time zones and stakeholder groups.

Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts by negotiating meeting times, reallocating participants, and escalating as needed.

Coordinate meeting logistics, including booking rooms, confirming attendance, and maintaining accurate schedules.

Track team availability and time off to ensure proper coverage and identify potential scheduling gaps.

Partner closely with other Executive Assistants and administrative staff to promote strong communication and teamwork.

Represent the company professionally in all interactions with senior‑level executives, including direct contact with C‑suite leaders.

Communicate updates and schedule changes clearly and efficiently to project teams and leadership.

Maintain exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all scheduling and coordination tasks.

Work on site in downtown Dallas, TX approximately 3–4 days per week in a hybrid capacity.

Adhere to a standard 40‑hour workweek (typically 9 AM–6 PM, with flexibility), obtaining advance approval for any overtime.

Qualifications of the Executive Assistant

5+ years of experience providing executive‑level administrative or scheduling support in a complex, fast‑paced, and matrixed environment.

Proven ability to manage high‑volume, multi‑stakeholder calendars with precision, discretion, and professionalism.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively across multiple organizations.

Demonstrated success in negotiating priorities and managing sensitive scheduling conflicts among senior leaders.

Strong organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail and follow‑through.

Experience coordinating meetings and communications with C‑suite executives, ideally within large corporate or client‑facing environments.

Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and represent the organization with professionalism.

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and other scheduling or collaboration tools.

Flexibility to adjust working hours when necessary and willingness to obtain prior approval for overtime.

Successful completion of a background check required.
