Salary Range: $104,000 - $151,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met efficiently and on time.
Implement and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
Lead, mentor, and manage manufacturing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and safety.
Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and expenditure control.
Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
Collaborate with supply chain and logistics to optimize material flow, inventory levels, and delivery schedules.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles to enhance operational performance.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience managing operations within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding and application of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage, motivate, and develop production teams.
Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and inventory control systems.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., robotics, IoT integration, AI/ML in production)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Demonstrated experience with S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes
