Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies across production.
Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities within manufacturing operations.
Coach, train, and mentor employees on continuous improvement tools and principles.
Manage a portfolio of continuous improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring measurable results.
Analyze operational data to identify root causes of inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.
Develop and implement standard work, visual management, and 5S programs.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the plant.
Track, report, and sustain the financial and operational benefits of improvement initiatives.
Recommended Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Minimum 5 years of continuous improvement experience in a manufacturing environment
Demonstrated expertise in applying Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, VSM, 5S) and Six Sigma tools
Strong project management skills with a track record of leading successful improvement initiatives
Proficiency in data analysis, statistical process control, and problem-solving techniques
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Proficiency with statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) or advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or advanced SMED initiatives
Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci ADKAR)
