$81,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Oversee full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing roles, including skilled trades and production staff.
Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution within a plant environment.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws, including OSHA regulations specific to manufacturing.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the unique operational needs of a manufacturing facility.
Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and equity for manufacturing employees.
Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and development plans for production teams.
Coordinate and deliver training programs focused on safety, skill development, and operational efficiency for plant personnel.
Recommended Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR management experience, specifically within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws, OSHA regulations, and HR best practices relevant to manufacturing operations.
Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment, talent development, and employee relations for a diverse workforce, including production staff.
Experience developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and safety programs tailored for a plant setting.
Demonstrated skills in HRIS management, payroll oversight, and performance management processes.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification/experience.
Multilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, Vietnamese, etc.).
In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and manufacturing safety protocols.
Experience developing and implementing skilled trades apprenticeship programs.
