THE ROLE Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Managing Director and Vice President of the Investor Relations team. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing complex calendars and scheduling meetings for senior leadership
Updating and maintaining CRM systems with accurate investor data
Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
Liaising between internal teams and external stakeholders
Handling expense management and reporting
Organizing files, contacts, and investor‑related documentation
Assisting with ad hoc projects as needed
THE CANDIDATE The ideal candidate will have a professional, detail-oriented approach and a “no-task-too-small” mentality. They should be proactive, resourceful, and able to exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment. This client values commitment, versatility, and teamwork.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
At least 2 years of experience supporting Investor Relations teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
COMP/BENEFITS
Base Salary: $150,000, depending on experience
Schedule: Four days in-office, flexibility required
