Job Title: Workplace Experience Associate

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)

Duration: January 6, 2026 – February 28, 2026 (Possible Extension)

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Summary As a Workplace Experience Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering world‑class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building.

Key Responsibilities

Support office services operations to ensure smooth day‑to‑day workplace functions

Coordinate with facilities teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders as needed

Set up and maintain conference rooms, including furniture arrangement, equipment checks, and supply replenishment

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and shipments

Provide general administrative support, including:

Data entry and filing

Document preparation

Office supply inventory management

Additional ad hoc duties as assigned

Required Skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Experience & Education

Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an office environment

High School Diploma or GED

Technical Skills

Basic computer proficiency

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
