What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Collaborate with the Business Process Leader to design and implement standardized workflows across the organization
Document and maintain procedures and business process artifacts for training and reference
Redesign and implement best-in-class business processes, workflows, and data standards
Create client deliverables and lead training efforts related to new processes
Participate in working groups with national and regional representatives to optimize business processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the designated line of business
Understanding of the insurance brokerage business
Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Awareness of the impact and consequences of decisions affecting business process design
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and leaders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience working with an agency management system
Ability to challenge the status quo and recommend business process improvements
Demonstrates a bias for action and commitment to achieving sustainable results
