Collaborate with the Business Process Leader to design and implement standardized workflows across the organization
Document and maintain business process artifacts for training and reference purposes
Redefine and implement best-in-class business processes, workflows, and data standards
Create client deliverables and lead training efforts related to process design
Participate in working groups with national and regional representatives to enhance systems efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the designated line of business
Understanding of the insurance brokerage business
Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience in refining the efficiency, quality, and effectiveness of workflows and proceduresAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and leaders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience working with an agency management system
Ability to challenge the status quo and recommend business process improvements
