What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Collaborate with the Business Process Leader to design and implement standardized workflows across the organization
Document and maintain business processes, procedures, and other artifacts for training and reference
Redesign and implement best-in-class business processes and data standards
Support configuration of the agency management system and design reporting outputs
Lead training efforts and create client deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the designated line of business
Understanding of the insurance brokerage business
Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience in process improvement and refining workflows
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience working with an agency management system
Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo and recommend improvements
Strong commitment to achieving sustainable results
