Mission
Provide end-to-end recruiting consultation to Hiring Managers in a business or regional area. Perform candidate searches, pipelining, market insights, internal and external advertising, interview and selection, offer negotiation. Demonstrates knowledge of end-to-end hiring practices.
What will you do?
Responsible for developing and implementing proactive sourcing and recruitment programs to support open positions
Build a pipeline of qualified, diverse external candidates focused on acquiring key skills from the market.
Use brand awareness to represent the employee value proposition externally.
Shortlist profiles that are impact makers
Guide and mentor managers during the selection process.
Facilitate the internal job market and ensure positive candidate experience
Align to overall people strategy and strategic hiring priorities to deliver talent attraction solutions that meet the needs of the business
Partner with Business Leaders and the HR team to define and deliver a talent attraction and strategic workforce plan
Source potential candidates through different channels (social & professional networks);
Evaluate candidates' performance and build long-term relationships with candidates
Participate in early career hiring, including interns and graduates
Leverage employer branding to build brand awareness and to attract target candidates to Schneider Electric
Be a brand ambassador
Participate in university relations activities
Make best use of all TA tools, systems and support teams to deliver best in class talent attraction solutions.
Understand and adhere to all TA processes. Keep data clean and complete all system and candidate actions in a timely way.
Use data intelligence to drive hiring decision and influence the business
Manage Volume Hiring campaigns and programs for Campus Hiring needs.
Contribute to the end-to-end execution of talent attraction and acquisition projects in MEA, from ideation to deployment.
Collect and analyze TA/EB data to identify trends and provide insights for TA/EB initiatives
Qualifications Qualifications:
Essential
4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition
Clear understanding of the talent acquisition process from end to end
An understanding of the wider HR context
Excellent communication, consulting and networking skills
Ability to analyze and present data and other sources in a convincing way
Ability to promote the Schneider Electric brand and motivate stakeholders
Highly organized
Fluent English speaker
Preferred
Experience of engaging with universities and of running campus events
Experience running graduate and intern hiring campaigns
General
Experience of working across different countries in MEA region is preferred
