Serve as the overnight host and primary point of contact for guests
Handle late check-ins and early departures
Balance daily transactions and complete nightly financial reports
Process payments and ensure accuracy across systems
Monitor the property overnight and follow safety procedures
Prepare the hotel for a seamless morning transition
Who You Are
Responsible, organized, and comfortable working overnight shifts
Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
Calm, professional, and guest-focused
Prior night audit or hotel experience is a plus
Fluent in English; Spanish strongly preferred
