The Genesis Cancer Care Institute, accredited by the NAPBC and the NQMBC, is searching for a passionate Hematology/Oncology physician to join a dedicated team of 4 Oncologists and 2 Nurse Practitioners. Located in Davenport, Iowa, this community-based hospital program is locally operated, with additional clinics in Clinton, Iowa and Silvis, Illinois. Job Responsibilities:- Provide care at Genesis Cancer Care Institute, utilizing leading technology in radiation oncology, genetic testing, clinical trials, and infusion resources.
- Cover Davenport and Clinton offices.
- Conduct inpatient consultations primarily at Genesis Medical Center-Davenport.
- Participate in shared call responsibilities.
- Engage in leadership opportunities within a physician-led medical group that values wellness and work-life balance.
- Work alongside a hospitalist team providing inpatient support.
- Enjoy the autonomy to develop your practice while benefiting from group employment and a cohesive team environment.
- Board Eligible in Hematology and Medical Oncology (within 3 years of residency, must become Board Certified within 1 year of employment).
- Ability to obtain Iowa and Illinois licenses (or hold these licenses).
- Prefer candidates with a clean malpractice history.
- DEA and CSR/CDA certification or capability to obtain prior to start.
- Most recent NPDB Report and Self Query Report required prior to presentation.
- IA and IL medical licenses (or willingness to obtain).
- Board Certified or Board Eligible status in the U.S.
- Active DEA and CSR/CDA certifications.
