Now Hiring: Foreman Level 2, 3, and 4. ✅ This is NOT an entry-level position. Applicants must have at least 5 years of experience in grading, excavating, and demolition.

Foreman Role Overview As a Foreman, you will oversee job site operations, ensuring efficient use of equipment and personnel to maximize profitability and meet performance objectives. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and maintaining job schedules.
Identifying and solving operational challenges.
Overseeing equipment, personnel, and quality control.
Qualifications & Responsibilities by Foreman Level Foreman 2 Experience
6+ years in grading, excavating, and demolition.
1+ year as a Foreman in this industry.
Skills & Responsibilities
Proficient in project execution and budgeting.
Scheduling crews and equipment.
Strong knowledge of soil, compaction, and moisture control.
Understanding of trucking operations and cost controls.
Documentation for T&M Change Orders, jobsite closeout, and compaction.
Leadership
Ability to manage 1 job site with minimal supervision.
Coordination of Two-Week Look Ahead with Project Manager.
Active participation in Foreman Meetings.
Ensuring all required job tracking documentation is completed.
Strong communication with customers and stakeholders.
Training Provided
Rough vs. Fine Grading from a production perspective.
Scheduling, job tracking software, cost codes, and budget training.
Company policies and procedures.
Foreman 3 Additional Requirements
Mastery of Foreman 2 skills.
Expert knowledge of soil, compaction, and moisture.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Ability to meet or exceed profit goals.
Leadership
Independently manage 2 job sites with little assistance.
Train and mentor Laborers, Grade Checkers, Teamsters, and Operators.
Additional Training
Leadership mindset & culture-building training.
Teamwork and comradery development.
Foreman 4 Additional Requirements
Mastery of Foreman 2 & 3 skills.
Proven production excellence.
Ability to lead large, complex projects.
Consistently exceeds budget goals.
Leadership
Train and develop junior personnel.
Manage multiple crews and scopes of work.
Oversee subcontractors.
Promote company culture and maintain a positive, hardworking environment.
Additional Training
Advanced leadership & management training.
Time management, budgeting, and job costing.
Representation and communication at varying technical levels.
Sales and negotiation skills.
Preferred (Not Required) Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or Operations Management (or equivalent experience).
OSHA 30HR Certification (training assistance available).
