Your Role We are seeking a results-driven Account & Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth in the Central and Eastern European (CEE) market, specifically focusing on Poland, the Czech Republic, Eastern Europe and Baltic countries.

The role involves a strategic balance of recruiting and growing key machine builders, integrators and OEM accounts while actively driving new end-user (manufacturers) business through strategic prospecting and sales initiatives.

Your Main Responsibilities

Business Development: identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities and develop the partners network within the designated territory

Key Account Management: nurture and expand relationships with existing and new key accounts

Sales Strategy: develop and execute a sales strategy and action plan to achieve sales targets

Negotiation & Closing: lead contract negotiations, prepare proposals, and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and legal compliance.

Market Intelligence: serve as the regional expert, monitor market trends, and customer needs to inform product and sales strategies.

Reporting: maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline information, activities, and forecasts in the CRM system.

Your Profile You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field, and have confirmed experience (3 to 5 years) in a similar role, ideally in automation, robotics or related industrial technology sector.

Fluency in English is required . Proficiency in Polish, Czech and German is a significant advantage for daily client communication.

Your Technical Skills

Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for B2B executives

Proficient user of CRM software for pipeline management and accurate forecasting

Proven success in managing and growing relationships with large industrial customers

Technical knowledge of robots or automation systems

Proven understanding of the Eastern Europe business environment and cultural nuances is highly desirable

Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently in a remote setting

Job Conditions

Full-time permanent remote position, to be filled as soon as possible.

Compensation based on profile and experience. This is a commission-based position.

Requires living in Eastern Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Germany) and having a valid work permit.
