This position is for the Aeronautics 1LMX Program Planning & Integration (PP&I) team and will report to the Aeronautics 1LMX PPI Manager as part of the Central PP&I team. This role is responsible for Program Planning on the 1LMX Program of cross Enterprise project management coordination.

Summary of Key Duties
Development and maintenance of schedules in Deltek Open Plan Professional (OPP), Milestones Professional, PMCompass, and other tools.
Maintaining a mix of Agile and non‑Agile schedules.
Integrating and assessing schedule impacts of proposed work on both existing and future plans.
Developing/refining knowledge of Critical Path Methodology and how to apply it in schedule network development and analysis.
Developing/refining knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).
Interacting across a variety of program functional organizations such as engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, production, and quality control.
Actively participating in the evaluation of program and project planning and scheduling products and practices and being instrumental in remedial activities upon identification of gaps.
Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain & maintain a Security Clearance as part of employment.

Basic Qualifications
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
Experienced at developing/maintaining Network Schedules including integrity checks, critical path analysis, and Schedule Risk Analysis
Experiences delivering project briefings to internal and external customers
Experiences with Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost / Schedule Integration
Demonstrated team building skills
Demonstrated influencing and relationship management skills
Bachelor's degree
U.S. Citizen
Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
5+ years of professional experience in operational planning or scheduling
Experience analyzing planning metrics and trends and implementing actionable improvement plans
Experience with Deltek OpenPlan & Microsoft Project Scheduling Tool
Desired Skills
Agile planning experience
JIRA tool experience
Degree in Construction Management, Program Management, Business Administration
Experience with networked schedules, integrity checks, and critical path methodology.
Experience with Schedule Performance Management Techniques, e.g. Earned Value Management
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
Previous experience with Deltek OpenPlan
Excellent Communication and Organizational skills
Experience with Kidasa Milestones Professional or similar application
Active Secret Security Clearance
Experience as a planning team lead and/or contract planner
Supplier integration experience, performance analysis, and corrective action recommendation skills
Familiarity with Risk and Opportunity Management, including identification, integration, and mitigation
Deep knowledge of Deltek Open Plan
Security Clearance Requires a U.S. Government security clearance. Clearance Level: Secret.

Work Schedules Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time Off benefits.
Schedule for this Position 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
Salary Annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $109,200 – $189,290. For states not referenced above, the salary range will reflect the candidate’s final work location and is $95,000 – $167,440.
