Job Overview
Pricing Analyst role at Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT). Remote with preference for location near a facility. Position Summary
Maintain and analyze pricing while balancing share and profit targets to determine the ideal price for materials at Insulfoam. Manage customer pricing in SAP and communicate with roofing distributors, OEM partners, wall customers, and the Insulfoam sales channel. Duties and Responsibilities
Analyze pricing requests and offer pricing based on costs, availability, competitor pricing, and company margin thresholds. Calculate margin impact on price deviations across all variables, including material cost, freight, customer rebates, and commissions. Maintain pricing structure and list price strategy based on market trends, industry conditions, competitive positioning, and long‑term profit targets. Serve as liaison between regional managers and sales managers to assist in pricing decisions. Maintain strong relationships with customer service, regional managers, and sales managers. Monitor specialty product pricing based on market trends and costs, reviewing margins regularly. Communicate findings and recommendations to sales managers and regional managers. Exercise good judgment and decision‑making when balancing customer and business needs. Create reports used to review and load blanket pricing. Address customer service issues on price discrepancies in SAP. Enter and maintain job quotes in SAP/CRM, approving deviated pricing and extensions within thresholds. Maintain internal and external price lists. Load and maintain pricing discounts in SAP. Required Skills, Abilities, Knowledge
Self‑starter able to work independently and with a team. Work effectively in a fast‑paced environment while prioritizing deadlines and results. Strong written and oral communication skills. Detail‑oriented. Proficient in MS Office and Windows. Basic financial and accounting understanding. Critical thinking skills. B2B experience preferred. Experience with ERP and CRM systems preferred. Competencies

Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2+ years of related pricing or analyst experience considered. Equipment Used
