Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Conference Services Manager to drive revenue, cultivate client relationships, and oversee the seamless execution of meetings and events. This role blends proactive sales initiatives with event coordination, requiring strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Perform additional duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking. Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel partners to drive repeat business. Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to generate leads. Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. Conference & Event Coordination

Serve as the primary contact for meetings, conferences, and special events, ensuring seamless execution. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored event solutions. Collaborate with internal departments (catering, operations, AV) to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Manage event contracts, proposals, and agreements to align hotel revenue goals and policies. Client Relations & Communication

Establish and nurture long‑term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Conduct site inspections, client meetings, and pre‑event planning sessions to ensure success. Address client concerns promptly with a solutions‑driven approach. Administrative & Systems Management

Utilize hotel sales systems, CRM platforms, and event planning tools to track leads and event details. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and event logistics. Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasting, and revenue tracking. Required Skills & Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in hotel sales, conference services, or event planning. Proven track record of driving revenue through proactive sales efforts. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events. Performance Evaluation

Performance will be assessed based on: A

90‑day review

and ongoing supervisor feedback. Attendance, productivity, and professionalism. Client satisfaction and peer feedback. Physical Demands
