ABA Practicum Student – BCBA Track

as an ABA Practicum Student in the BCBA track. This is an internship‑level practicum that offers paid hours, daily supervision, and a supportive, collaborative environment with BCBAs, RBTs, SLPs and administration.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children ages 1‑6 using the ReggioABA™ Therapy Through Play model.
Maintain accurate data, implement behavior intervention plans, and provide progress reports.
Participate in daily supervision and weekly training sessions; work closely with a supervising BCBA on challenging topics.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including SLPs and school staff, to support overall child development.
Adhere to BACB code of ethics, agency protocols, and confidentiality requirements.
Engage families, provide parent training, and contribute to family‑centered care.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in or have completed a master’s or doctoral program in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education.
Prepared to meet BACB coursework requirements (5th/6th Edition Task List) under supervision.
Age 18 +, high school diploma or GED equivalent, and able to pass a background check.
Physically able to lift and move children up to 45 lb and support children with challenging behaviors.
Strong communication, teamwork, and time‑management skills, with a growth mindset.
Reliable transportation to one of the clinic locations (Ballwin, St. Peters, Florissant, Mehlville, Wright City).
Must not have immediate family members receiving therapy at the clinic.
