Job responsibilities

Field and discipline in which the candidate will conduct scientific activity:

social sciences – pedagogy; Conducting teaching activities and research

related to the area of delivered courses; Developing scripts and methodological materials ; Organising events

such as conferences and seminars; Preparing and submitting grant applications ; Teaching courses

in: therapy for sexual offenders, methods of working with addicted individuals, crisis intervention, suicidology, methodology of resocialisation interventions in closed environments, penitentiary institutions within the resocialisation system, social reintegration, family assistant workshops, diagnosing behavioural problems in children and youth, and workshops for socially maladjusted youth; Collaborating with the Institute staff team

and participating in organisational work. Qualifications

Professional achievements in the field of resocialisation ; Knowledge of resocialisation ; Published monograph

in the field of resocialisation; Teaching experience ; Fluent command of Polish

(spoken and written) and

very good command of English ; Practical experience in resocialisation , including professional experience documented by publications. Additional desirable interests

Topics related to

crime prevention

and

protection of human/children’s rights . Soft skills

Communication skills , willingness to

collaborate in a team , and

initiative .
