Position Overview We are hiring an experienced Saw Operator to join a steel manufacturing team in Tulsa, offering consistent hours and frequent overtime. This role focuses on accurate material cutting, measurement, and safe operation in a fast-paced production environment.
The Saw Operator will be responsible for operating industrial saws, reading work orders, and ensuring steel materials are cut precisely according to specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Operate industrial saws to cut steel material accurately
Measure and cut material according to work orders and specifications
Read and interpret a tape measure (required)
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
Perform basic equipment checks and report issues as needed
Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
Required Qualifications
2+ years of saw operation experience (steel preferred)
Accurately read a tape measure
Strong attention to detail and safety
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
