Salary:
Average hourly rate $18.31 (including incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)
Hours:
Requires working at least one day per weekend and some evening hours. Evening availability required for at least one day a week.
Responsibilities
Provide transportation and visitation support for children and families involved in the child welfare system.
Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
Coordinate with other agencies providing permanency services.
Build healthy, long‑lasting relationships by connecting families to resources that improve their lives.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
At least two years experience in child and family services.
Compassionate, eager‑to‑learn individual passionate about helping families in times of crisis.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Flexibility, punctuality, and a commitment to advocacy for children and their families.
Evening availability required for at least one day a week.
