Office Clerk
to join their team on a short‑term contract basis. This position plays a key role in managing business licensing processes and supporting the office with administrative and financial tasks. Please apply directly if interested.
Responsibilities Process payments for business licenses and related services. Handle inquiries related to licensing requirements and assist customers with applications. Maintain accurate records and filing systems for licenses and payments. Perform general office duties, including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence. Assist with accounts receivable tasks, such as invoicing and payment reconciliation. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies. Collaborate with other team members to support department objectives.
Qualifications Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Basic knowledge of accounts receivable processes is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial and administrative tasks. Bachelor's degree highly preferred. Prior experience in business licensing, accounts receivable, or general office administration is a plus.
