Job Description Domino’s Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at 2256 S Grand Blvd in St. Louis, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in leading our store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving team performance.

Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and efficient work environment

Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, quality control, and customer service

Train and develop team members on company policies, procedures, and best practices

Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

Assist in implementing marketing strategies and promotional activities to drive sales

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve performance targets and improve store metrics

Handle cash management and basic accounting tasks

Participate in the hiring and onboarding process for new team members

Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with 2 years of driving experience if under {AGE}, or 1 year if {AGE} or older

Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check

Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance

Strong leadership skills and a desire to guide and develop others

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven problem-solving abilities and sound judgment

Basic computer proficiency for managing store systems and reports

Customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment

Food service experience, particularly in pizza or fast food operations, is a plus

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-pressure setting

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards

Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for the role
