Assistant Manager – Operations | Fort Worth, TX Salary: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 Domino’s Pizza is looking for an Assistant Manager who will drive the culture of excellence within the store. The role requires oversight of all operations, including cost control, inventory, cash management, customer relations, staffing, and marketing. Responsibilities

Oversee all cost controls, inventory, and cash control during the shift.

Lead and set an example for the crew, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

Handle staffing, paperwork, scheduling, and food management.

Maintain store cleanliness, marketing initiatives, and profitability.

Deliver excellent customer service and manage customer relations.

Adhere to all safety and operational standards.

Qualifications

Ability to operate all store equipment (e.g., ovens, touch screens).

Skill in processing telephone orders and using a POS system.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Mathematical skills for accurate transactions and money handling.

Motor coordination and ability to use a computer or keyboard.

Knowledge of inventory management and documentation.

Essential Functions / Skills

Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately; make correct monetary change.

Provide verbal, written, and telephone support to customers and staff.

Use eye‑hand coordination and rapid movements to prepare products.

Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Work Conditions Exposure to varying weather conditions when removing trash or delivering product. Temperatures range from 36°F in cooler areas to 90°F+ in work zones. Work involves handling hot surfaces, sharp edges, and mechanical parts. Staff must manage movement in cramped spaces including a walk‑in cooler and equipment up to 500°F.

Physical Requirements Standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and climbing are needed. Employees may lift up to 50 pounds, carry trays weighing up to 12 pounds, and pull/push dollies. Typically, the role involves frequent walking, stooping, bending, reaching, and gripping various tools and equipment.

Other Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.

Access to an insured vehicle for delivery.

Ability to navigate and deliver in diverse terrain.
