Job Description - Domino’s Pizza is hiring for General Managers. This is a leadership role requiring judgment, math, and multitasking abilities. You will lead store operations and ensure the team performs effectively during your shift. Responsibilities

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. Set the example and enforce 100% adherence to all policies and procedures from your crew. Manage staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, maintain store image and standards, deliver great customer service, and ensure attendance and punctuality. Coordinate with transportation to/from work and maintain store cleanliness; contribute to marketing and profitability efforts. Advancement

General job duties for all store team members, including: Operate all equipment Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler Prepare product Receive and process telephone orders Take inventory and complete associated paperwork Clean equipment and facilities daily Training and Skills Orientation and on-the-job training Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders (phone and in person) Essential Functions / Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator acceptable) Must be able to make correct monetary change Verbal and written communication skills to process orders Eye-hand coordination for rapid, precise movements Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen Work Conditions

Exposure to varying weather conditions when delivering or performing outside tasks. In-store temperatures can range from 36°F in coolers to 90°F and above in some areas. Temperature changes may occur suddenly. Odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces up to 500°F or higher, sharp edges, and moving parts are present. Sensing

Talking and hearing on the telephone Near and mid-range vision for in-store tasks Depth perception and ability to differentiate hot vs. cold surfaces Temperaments

The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, analyze data, and make judgments and decisions. Physical Requirements

Including, but not limited to the following: Standing for most tasks; walking short distances; variable surfaces Light to moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds on deliveries, cases up to 72" high) Pushing, pulling, climbing stairs or ladders as needed for price changes and maintenance Forward bending, reaching, hand tasks, and fine motor activities required throughout shift Driving Specific Duties

Deliver product by car and to customer door Deliver flyers and door hangers Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and access to insured vehicle Essential Skills (Delivery)

Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses Ability to deliver in adverse terrain and multi-story buildings Physical Demands (Delivery)
