Job Summary This position will support Supply Chain – purchasing, value analysis, logistics and materials management – to include: month end data, Excel, Access, and other needed reporting; budget analysis, human resources, daily patient billing through various third party software, coordination of projects, scheduling appointments – meetings and interviews, requisitioning via SAP , coordinating and scheduling travel – approvals and reimbursements, vendor badges, department organization – events and functions, meeting management and calendar coordination, inventory in asset storage locations to assist materials management, annual space and capital equipment inventory.
Qualifications The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple tasks and/or projects while accurately completing routine functions in a fast paced, high intensity, professional work environment; proficient in Microsoft Office, to include Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; excellent attention to detail; exceptional planning and organizational skill; solid written and verbal communication skills; ability to solve routine problems and manage resources; demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service, time management, and judgment; and respect for confidentiality and diversity.
Preferred Education/Experience: Associate’s degree and 3+ years of office work experience preferred.
