TikTok Shop Manager who is part strategist, part operator, and part community-builder—someone who knows how to grow revenue, manage creators, optimize commissions, scale campaigns, and build systems that move GMV fast. This is not a “post a few videos and hope for views” job. This is a
business-driving role where you will own the revenue growth of multiple brands through TikTok Shop. What You’ll Own Brand Growth & GMV Build and execute TikTok Shop sales strategies for multiple brands Scale affiliate programs using targeted outreach, creator list building, and community activation Monitor daily GMV, CTR, CPC, CVR, commission performance, livestream metrics, and creator output Creator & Affiliate Management Recruit, onboard, and manage creators at scale (affiliates + UGC creators) Maintain relationships with high-performing creators and ensure ongoing production Manage Discord/affiliate communities and optimize for creator engagement Campaign Execution Set up offers, commission structures, tracking links, and “Hot Start” incentives Coordinate product seeding, UGC production, and creator sampling Launch, monitor, and optimize Spark Ads and GMV-Max campaigns Build internal systems that track performance, outreach, creator tiers, and revenue Maintain daily reporting for clients and internal leadership Work closely with Creative, Livestream, and Paid Media teams to align strategy Who You Are You have
experience running TikTok Shop
(brand side, agency side, or creator side) You’re obsessed with numbers, performance dashboards, and daily metrics You understand creators, what motivates them, and how to get content produced You thrive in fast-moving environments and don’t need micromanaging You can lead campaigns, manage workflows, and communicate with clients clearly You think like an operator: systems, processes, scale, and growth Qualifications Preferred TikTok Shop experience (affiliate, brand, manager, or agency) Strong understanding of GMV, commissions, Spark Ads, and creator conversion Ability to manage multiple brands and high-volume creator pipelines Excellent communication and client-facing professionalism Bonus: Experience with SmartSuite, Lark, Discord, TikTok Ads, or ClickUp What We Offer Competitive hourly $25 - $32 an hour Full Time health, vision, and dental benefits 401K Growth potential into leadership roles Opportunity to work with top brands and celebrity-led product lines A fast-paced agency culture built on speed, creativity, and results Seniority level
