Heavy Equipment Operator
to join our team and contribute to commercial construction projects in Colorado Springs.
Responsibilities
Operate heavy equipment including loaders and excavators.
Perform general labor tasks as needed.
Safely and efficiently operate equipment such as
624 Loaders
and
John Deere 470 Excavators .
Work collaboratively with a unified crew handling both dirt and utility tasks.
Must‑Have Skills
Minimum 3 years
operating loaders and excavators combined.
Proficiency with heavy equipment operation in construction environments.
Experience with brands like
Hitachi ,
John Deere ,
Cat , and
Komatsu .
Nice‑to‑Have Skills
Familiarity with equipment without GPS systems (2D GPS experience not required).
Knowledge of specific models like
624 Loader
and
John Deere 470 Excavator .

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 – $27.00/hr.
