Position Summary Provide comprehensive and specialized administrative support for professional graduate clinical site placement. Coordinate and organize clinical site placement affiliation agreements and records. Initiate and implement processes required to ensure compliance for students, preceptors, and clinical sites. Cross‑trained to support undergraduate clinical placement activities as needed.
Required Qualifications
Education:
Associate's degree or equivalent.
Experience:
Five years of increasingly responsible administrative support experience (will consider seven years related education/experience).
Computer Applications:
Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.
Skills:
Knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation; ability to work independently, collaboratively, and on teams; data entry and typing skills; ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism; time management; attention to detail and follow‑through to facilitate efficient operation of clinical placement processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Education:
Business‑related field.
Experience:
Experience in an academic medical center or higher education setting.
Computer Applications/Other Skills:
None specified.
