$115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary We’re hiring an Indiana-licensed therapist for a full-time telehealth role serving clients statewide. You’ll complete assessments, deliver ongoing therapy sessions, and keep treatment plans moving in the right direction. This position is a good match for clinicians who value structure and clear documentation expectations.
Responsibilities
Provide individual therapy via telehealth
Complete intake assessments and diagnostic documentation
Create treatment plans and update goals as needed
Maintain timely EMR notes
Participate in consults and case discussions
Provide clinical support tasks as assigned (case review, documentation feedback)
Active Indiana license:
LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT
Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
Therapy experience preferred
Strong written communication
2 weeks PTO
