Job Responsibilities
Safely operate all production machinery including forklifts, pallet jacks, hoses, etc.
Manually handle cased goods around the manufacturing area.
Follow all safety rules, requirements, and GMP guidelines.
Weigh and prepare raw materials for processing.
Provide coverage for line operators during assigned rest periods.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
Work with fellow operators as a team to achieve safety, quality, and production goals.
Assist maintenance with troubleshooting equipment problems.
Perform general housekeeping and plant clean‑up as needed.
Accurately document production activities and submit required paperwork.
Work overtime and weekends as required.
Responsible for Food Safety and Quality duties.
Uphold and participate in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy, and MMAD volunteering opportunities.
Invest in and exemplify Milo’s Responsibility commitment (environmental, social, and corporate governance).
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Hands‑on ability to handle, reach, and lift with hands and arms.
Stands, walks, stoops, or kneels for much of the assigned shift.
Can remain at workstation for three continuous hours.
Regularly lifts or moves up to 50 pounds.
Comfortable with moving mechanical parts, wet and/or humid conditions, and occasional extreme cold.
Working Hours 5:30 am – 7:30 am (am shift). Working every other weekend.
