Role Description We are seeking a full‑time Shipping Coordinator to join our team on‑site in New York, NY. The Shipping Coordinator will manage daily shipping and receiving operations, verify and process shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure compliance with export regulations. The role also involves interacting with customers and coordinating with internal teams to facilitate smooth logistical operations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Shipping & Receiving processes and Export regulations
Strong understanding of Inventory Control best practices
Exceptional Customer Service skills and able to work independently
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
Ability to work independently
Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with shipping software and logistics systems is a plus
Familiarity with Word and Excel
College degree or equivalent work experience; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain are a plus
