Carousel is a fast-growing aftercare and logistics partner for luxury jewelry and accessories brands. We provide white-glove services including warehousing, order fulfillment, repairs, returns management, and international logistics. Our work is highly customer-facing behind the scenes, supporting premium brands and their clients with precision, care, and clear communication. We are looking for a service-minded Logistics & Customer Ops Coordinator to join our team.

Role Overview This role sits at the intersection of fulfillment operations and customer experience. The Logistics & Fulfillment Coordinator helps ensure orders move smoothly from our facility to their destination, while also serving as a key point of communication for shipping questions, exceptions, and international logistics needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable coordinating with carriers, brokers, and internal teams to resolve issues and keep stakeholders informed.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily pick, pack, and ship operations, ensuring orders are prepared accurately and on time.

Act as a primary point of contact for shipment-related questions, providing clear updates and proactive communication when issues arise.

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and partners, focusing on smooth handoffs and timely delivery.

Assist with international shipments by preparing documentation and coordinating with brokers and carriers to support successful customs clearance.

Monitor shipment progress, identify potential delays, and work collaboratively to resolve exceptions before they impact customers.

Maintain organized and accurate shipping and compliance records to support visibility and follow-up.

Partner with internal teams to prioritize orders, align on timelines, and support a high-quality customer experience.

Support inventory tasks and cycle counts as needed, with an understanding of how inventory accuracy impacts service and fulfillment.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, customer operations, or 3PL environments.

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain shipping issues, timelines, and next steps clearly and professionally.

Working familiarity with domestic and international shipping processes, including basic import/export documentation.

Experience coordinating with carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, and freight partners.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple shipments or requests at once.

Proficiency with basic computer systems and shipping platforms.

A service-driven mindset, with flexibility to support both operational tasks and customer-facing needs.

Nice to Have

Experience supporting luxury brands, jewelry, or other high-value goods.

Prior exposure to international logistics or customs coordination.

Experience in a 3PL, warehouse, or fulfillment environment.
