Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Process cash and credit card transactions
Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Assist with various tasks as needed, including cleaning and restocking
Handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously during peak hours
Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs
Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Strong communication abilities, particularly in handling phone calls
Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Multitasking capabilities to manage various responsibilities efficiently
Team player attitude with a willingness to support colleagues
Attention to detail in order taking and food preparation
Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Food service industry knowledge is helpful but not required
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check
