Domino’s Pizza in Morton, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 11 E. Jackson St. location. As a vital member of our crew, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our customers have a great experience while interacting with our brand.
Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Process cash and credit card transactions with precision
Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanliness and hygiene standards
Handle and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed
Qualifications
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Team player mentality with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Previous customer service experience (preferred but not required)
