Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Therapist at Nex Level Behavioral Health and Addiction Services, located in Columbus, OH. The Therapist will provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, develop tailored treatment plans, conduct assessments, and offer crisis intervention services as needed. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure clients receive comprehensive care and maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress while adhering to ethical and professional standards.
Qualifications
Therapeutic skills, including experience in individual, group, and family therapy
Proficiency in client assessment, creating personalized treatment plans, and conducting progress evaluations
Knowledge of mental health disorders, addiction treatments, and crisis intervention techniques
Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills for effective client and team collaboration
Familiarity with case documentation, ethical standards, and confidentiality policies
Relevant licensure such as LPC, LCSW, LISW, or equivalent (or eligibility to obtain licensure in Ohio)
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
Experience in addiction and behavioral health treatment is strongly preferred
