Job Description
Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify a Recruiter to support ongoing hiring needs and future growth plans. This individual will manage recruiting efforts across both hourly and salaried positions and work closely with leadership to ensure a smooth and efficient talent acquisition process. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full‑cycle recruiting for a wide range of roles, from skilled trades to corporate positions.
Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand team needs and create effective hiring strategies.
Identify and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing methods.
Coordinate interviews, manage communication with applicants, and support offer processes.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system while monitoring hiring metrics and reporting trends.
Recommend improvements to recruiting processes and contribute to long‑term workforce planning.
Ensure all hiring practices meet compliance standards and support a strong employer brand.
Qualifications
3+ years of recruiting experience supporting both hourly and salaried roles, including skilled trades positions.
Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish.
Bachelor’s degree
