Position Overview Part‑time, fixed‑term teaching faculty positions are available for the following specialties for the current and upcoming academic year: Nursing Leadership, Nursing Education, Doctor of Nursing Practice Program, Nurse Midwifery, Clinical Nurse Specialist, Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Anesthesia, Adult‑Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult‑Gerontology Clinical Nurse Specialist, PhD, BSN, Accelerated Second Degree BSN, Med Surgical, and Community Health.

Responsibilities

Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in the assigned specialty.

Assign and evaluate student work and assessment materials.

Maintain a professional nursing practice and pursue continuing education.

Participate in collegial peer review and faculty governance as required.

Collaborate with colleagues to develop and revise curricula.

Requirements

A valid, non‑restricted nursing license is required upon employment.

For undergraduate courses a minimum of a master’s degree in the teaching field or a related field is required.

For graduate courses a terminal degree in the teaching field or a related field is required.
