Join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Belleville location! We’re looking for friendly, efficient, and customer-focused individuals to provide exceptional service at our 4000 West Main St store. As the face of our organization, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
Process cash and credit card transactions with precision
Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs. when necessary
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Strong ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
Positive attitude and an easy smile, even in fast-paced situations
Basic computer skills for operating order-taking and point-of-sale systems
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Team player mentality with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Food handling experience is beneficial, but training will be provided
