We’re looking for friendly, customer-focused individuals to deliver exceptional service and support our busy restaurant operations. Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications Process cash and credit card transactions with precision Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations Assist with various tasks as needed, including cleaning and restocking supplies Handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced setting Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as required Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and empathetic demeanor Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written Proficiency in multitasking and working efficiently under pressure Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction Team player mentality with a willingness to support colleagues Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
