Tuesday 8:00 am – 7:00 pm; Wednesday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Thursday 8:00 am – 7:00 pm; Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Saturday 8:00 am – 1:00 pm.

About the Role
Greet and welcome patients, ensuring comfort and providing education throughout treatment.
Review patient health history to support quality care.
Capture and process x‑rays and diagnostic assessments (iTero 3‑D scanner, digital photography, etc.).
Assist dentists with chairside duties (e.g., four‑handed dentistry) following state dental practice act.
Schedule patients and maintain records in Dentrix.
Prepare treatment rooms following OSHA & CDC safety protocols.
Manage supply inventory and order necessities.
Collaborate with providers and staff to implement Heartland Dental systems and optimize workflow.

Minimum Qualifications
Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
Experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment.
Required, when mandated by state law, dental assistant and/or x‑ray certification.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Will undergo regular HIPAA training and safeguard PHI.
Preferred Experience
1+ year experience in a dental setting.
Proficiency with Dentrix or other dental software.
Dental assisting school certification.
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
Lift and carry up to 45 pounds.
Availability for virtual or in‑person training sessions as needed.
TB test required for all new hires in dental office positions (not applicable in FL & TN).
